How to Send Healing

Pick your time to send healing. Remember, this process is at your discretion, but the more you do it the strong the healing frequency will be.

You are sending healing to the people in the world that have asked, prayed, or in a position to receive. We also encourage people to add their names, or the names of their loved ones to our healing list. To send healing, you do not need to see a copy of the list, thinking about sending healing out to the list is enough. With our process a connection has been made.

Think about your Guides and helpers in the non-physical (spirit) world. If you know their names, then call them. However, you will find they will be there already… they’ll be tuning in as you do. If you have no idea who your guides are it doesn't matter. Just ask them to come forward. You will have guides - we all do, so just trust in the process and know that they will be with you, watching over you and helping you in this task.

Don’t worry or fret about getting this right! It will happen automatically for you. Read the Healing Prayer Below, out loud if you like, or in your mind, it doesn’t matter.
